Richard Bexon Ramblings of a mad man in Costa Rica

Ricky Gervias is the only man apart from Ali G that has made the slums of the UK popular.  Ali G had his Slough movemenr and Ricky Gervais is now taking Reading to the next level!!  He has popularised the UK dry sarcastic humour and taken it to the USA where it has been sent through a non-funny filter and turned into an unusual US humour.  Office his greatest concoction has gone wild and that is all you hear about in your office to day, the comparison with “The Office”.

Anyway I remember Ricky Gervais back in the mid to late 90’s when he started his career on TV with the 11 o’clock show with Ali G, Daisy Donovan and that other random guy (sorry random guy).  Also as you can see in the photo your man from the office is also there, swings and round abouts as always.

Anyway Ricky has had a highly succesful career so far and think there is more to come.  However I have to say that Carl Pilkington has to be his muse, the man is an ‘ape genius’ and I could piss myself all day listening to his antics.

If you have not heard of Ricky Gervias then I am sure you would know him if you saw his face or visited his website.  He has moved more mainstream recently but still keeps his dry sense of humour always!!

Anyway just wanted to tell the world that this guy is hilarious and also his pet monkey Karl Pilkington is also hilarious, but I feel without Karl, Ricky would just not be so funny.

On a side note however did Karl get a decent job at the BBC??

So have been cruising John Lajoie website which is thoroughly entertaining and definitely worth a few minutes, the guy really takes this seariously and is funny as hell (not too sure if I want to swear on me blog yet? Google may not like this).  Anyway one of the funniest clips I have seen is this one below.  I kinda thing Yanks may take this to heart but as a Brit where all this is pretty much daily it is hilarous.

As you can see at work we have way too much time on our hands!!  This was something that my man JS put together in about 30 mins.  He was an avid freestyle rapper, the new Eminem maybe??  The Emperor looking fella is my business partner T-Bone and then we have Nickie on the vocals, not too sure where she is now.  Enjoy….
